Cancellation Policy
Cancelation Appointments:
Please give a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel an appointment. If canceled less than 24 hours before appointment, 25% of service price will be charged. If canceled appointment day of, 50% of service price will be charged.
No Shows:
If you no show, 75% of service price will be charged.
Late Arrivals:
If a guest is 15 minutes late, we may have to reschedule your appointment to another day. If we do not hear from you 15 or more minutes into your scheduled appointment time it is considered a no-show and will be treated as a missed appointment.
